Office: walnut executive desk, L-shaped desk, drafting table, meeting tables, chairs, filing cabinet, cupboard, cash register, whiteboard and shelving. Tech: gaming chair and desk, monitors, LED tower, laptop, server rack, printer, router, console, projector and screen. Music: studio speaker, DJ desk, turntable, upright piano, guitar amp, microphone and synthesiser.

• Generic lists in props.lua, props.json and props.csv with model names, EN/ES labels, categories, sizes and example prices.
• Animation-ready: doors, drawers and lids also come as separate parts with their offsets and travel, for scripts that animate furniture.
• Models only, no scripts: works with any housing or furniture script that spawns props by model name.
• Delivered through Cfx.re escrow.

Installation

1. Download origen_props_oficina from your Cfx.re portal (Granted Assets) and place it in your resources folder.
2. Add ensure origen_props_oficina to your server.cfg and restart the server.
3. Paste the list from integrations/ into your housing script, or use props.lua / props.json / props.csv for any other script.
