Origen Reports - Advanced Support System
At Origen Network, after months of watching staff teams fight with scattered admin tools, blind tickets and "send me a video on Discord", we are proud to present Origen Reports — the support and moderation system built for servers that take their staff seriously.

This is not another /report command that dumps a line into a Discord channel.
Origen Reports is a complete support layer: live ticket chat, a full staff panel, moderation quick actions, permission roles managed at runtime, staff performance tracking, and live screen sharing directly inside the game — all in one resource, on top of any supported framework.
🎥 Live Screen Sharing — Native WebRTC, No Third-Party Tools
The feature that changes how your staff handles cheaters.
- Watch the reported player's screen in real time, from inside the panel — no Discord, no OBS, no external software
- Full WebRTC peer connection negotiated inside the NUI context — the player's page is always loaded, so a stream can start without them ever opening a UI
- Configurable capture quality: frame rate, resolution, bitrate cap
- Optional target notification — watch silently, or let the player know
- Configurable ICE / TURN servers, so you can guarantee coverage even behind symmetric NAT
- Limit how many staff members can watch the same player at once
- Sessions close themselves on duty-off, ticket resolution or disconnect — no orphan streams
And it doesn't stop at the reported player: from the Nearby Players list you can jump straight into any player's screen around them.
🎫 Ticket System with Live Chat
- Full ticket lifecycle: pending → claimed → resolved, with claim ownership per staff member
- Real-time chat between player and staff inside the ticket
- Configurable max active tickets per player
- Anonymous staff replies — players see "Staff Administrator" instead of the real admin name
- Player-side history with search, plus a Global Ticket History for staff, filterable by report ID, player name or identifier
- Configurable report types, in-game notifications for every event, and UI sounds
⚡ Moderation Quick Actions
Every action available from the claimed ticket, one click away:
Bring · Go To · Bring Back · Go Back · Teleport to saved points · Opevive · Clothing Menu · Change Routing Bucket · Screenshot · Spectate ·
Watch Screen
- Nearby Players: every player around the reported one, with distance, identifiers and optional IP (full-access staff only) — configurable radius, result cap and auto-refresh
- Screenshot capture on demand, shown inside the panel and archived t
- Player identifier card: name, global ID, Discord ID, license, current bucket
🛡️ Roles & Permissions — Managed at Runtime
No more editing a config file to demote a moderator.
- Create permission groups from the panel, with 14 granular permissions — one per moderation action
- Inventory restrictions per group: full access, or an explicit whitelist of items that group is allowed to give
- Link staff by online server ID (name and license pulled from the lientifier, even while they're offline
- Permission changes apply hot — no restart, no relog, connected staff get the new rules instantly
📊 Staff Stats & Duty Tracking
- On/off duty system — duty is required for sensitive actions
- Persistent tracking of tickets resolved and total duty time per staff member
- Staff leaderboard with per-period filtering and per-member detail view
- Internal staff chat inside the panel and a live on-duty roster
🔧 Live Configuration Panel
Change how the system behaves without touching a single file:
- Max active tickets per player
- Anonymous staff replies on/off
- Add, edit and remove teleport points (including "get my current coordinates")
- Add, edit and remove report types players can choose from
Config seeds come from config.lua; from there on, everything lives in the database and is managed from the panel.
📡 Discord Logging — Everything, Separately
35+ dedicated webhooks, one per event. Ticket lifecycle, duty changes, every config edit, every group and staff modification, and every single quick action — with actor, target and full identifiers.
Send them all to one channel, or split them across your staff structure. Your call.
